Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) works with local partners and residents to determine and deliver on local priorities. It provides a wide range of services, either directly through their employees or by commissioning services from outside organisations.
RMBC provides over 700 services, including Children’s services such as schools and children’s and families’ services; Adult services such as services for people with a physical disability, learning disability or mental health need; Highways, roads and transport; Housing; Environmental services; Planning and development and other services.

Rotherham Parent Carer Forum
Rotherham Parent Carers Forum is a registered charity run by parents and carers of children and young people who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). We offer peer support, advice, information, and friendship to families of children and young people (aged 0 to 25) with SEND.
They also work closely as an equal partner with a variety of service providers, sharing the knowledge and experience of families to help plan and develop the quality, range, and accessibility of provision, with the aim of creating better outcomes for families through participation and co-production.
They also operate Rotherham Adult Neurodiversity Support Service (RANSS) which is a peer support service for autistic adults/ adults with ADHD (18+) with a Rotherham GP – www.ranss.co.uk

South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) have taken on the NHS commissioning functions of the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. It also has some of NHS England’s commissioning functions and is accountable for NHS spend and performance within the local system.
Each area has been allocated NHS funds, which is spent on improving people’s health by ensuring that they deliver joined up services, through local decision-making arrangements.

Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is a combined acute and community Trust providing services at a number of sites across the borough, including Rotherham Hospital and Kimberworth Place.
The Trust is an Associate Teaching Hospital of the University of Sheffield and has an active research programme delivered through local, regional, national and international research networks and consortia.
